NARRATIVE

Seen at night when skies are clear.  
I saw about 7 drones hovering over ATLANTA skies.  The building that I'm in is tall which makes it easier to view.  They are everywhere with red, white and green blinking lights.  They will hover in a group and then spread out.  Very BIG BROTHER.....
We suspect that the report is not a sincere one.  Probably a hoax.  PD
