NARRATIVE

3 steady white lights brightness and size of stars in triangle shape observed 30 degrees above horizon in east going east.  
Spacing between lights approximately 1-1.5 full moons.  
Slow and steady movement east for 30 seconds observed.  
All faded out at same time much like a satellite.
We spoke with the witness, and he seemed to us to be quite eloquent, sincere, and sober-minded.  We will check to see whether the objects might have been the three Chinese satellites, which currently orbit the Earth in a triplet formation.  PD
