I went to the library and saw a metallic orb hovering in the sky on a windy day.

I was pulling into the library when I noticed this circular sphere about the size of a commercial jet in the sky only thing is that it wasn't moving at all and it was very windy that day.  So instead of just heading into the library I parked, grabbed my phone, and walked out to the main road to get a better look if it was still there and it was. And it still hadn't moved an inch.
If it had been like a blimp or a plane or anything like that- it would be moving and trust me- I know about the white blimp that hovers over Dundalk, MD, the thing is though is that I drive through Catonsville to get back home from work and I have NEVER seen the white blimp from Catonsville.
It was definitely metallic in structure. From my standpoint I could see the sunlight reflecting off of it because I could see this bright almost halo-like thing around it.
 It was completely spherical in shape and honestly I cannot think of anything it might have been other than a UFO.
 Now as for background of the observer: I had just gotten off work that day and was heading to the library to visit with my young nephews. I have never drank or smoked in my life and I have never done any illicit drugs. To my knowledge I do not have any mental illnesses that would cause me to hallucinate and even so I have a picture of the UFO to prove that it was there!
