9/29/15 7:55-8:05 pm Bullhead City, AZ, Extreme bright white, pulsating light at extreme altitude.  Only white flashes every 10 secs.
No red or green lights.  Many planes visible and obvious; this was not a plane.  Tracked SW to Ne For 10 mins. until neck was tired.  Light remained brilliant.
