NARRATIVE

Saw a large circle at about 600 feet over Eastside High School early morning.  I was about a block away and almost under it when I first saw it.  It was twice as large as a hot air balloon.  It was brownish in color with a darker brown smooth center about half its diameter, and nothing hanging down.  It was elevating quietly and slowly at about 1,000 feet as I entered the High School.  Thinking that it was a giant helium balloon from the school never reported the sight.  Year and month are approximate.
Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate.  PD
