Almost every other night, there will be 1-3 ufo's spotted from my balcony. I have videos and pictures. At first it will appear like a bright star and will twinkle. As the night progresses it will then get larger and will become more round and will have flashing red and blue lights around the circumference.

NARRATIVE

The object at times will move very subtle but most of the time will show up in the same place each time.
We have requested that the source of the report share the photos with our Center, but have not seen them yet.  We suspect a possible sighting of Sirius in the southeastern sky.  PD
