White star-like pinpoint of light was there and then suddenly vanished. The light did not move.

It is a clear night and I am certain it was not a cloud moving in front of a star.

Sorry if I forgot to include the date.  I think it might have been 16th of January, but I am uncertain.  I also had a third daylight sighting a few days ago but I failed to report it.  Must say, three sightings is unusual in such a short time for me.  
Also odd, on the night of my first sighting I hit three power ball lottery numbers, almost four.  Odd synchronicity.  I promise to be more vigilant in the future.
