NARRATIVE

This picture was taken on 11-7-1948 with time unknown.  I am guessing the time of the picture was around noon - 3 PM CST.  The photo was taken by my great grandparents at the Centennial Parade in Jackson County Indiana.  The person in the front of the image (figure in the black hat and suit) is my grandma who is leading a group of horseback showmen.  The location of the photo could be one of two cities within Jackson County.  (Brownstown or Vallonia Indiana).
According to my grandma no one noticed the UFO in the background during the time the photo was taken.  There was no mention of the UFO until I discovered it while looking at an old photo album with my grandma.
Photo indicates a disc-shaped object, photographed against a clear sky.  We do not know what the object is, but will forward it to a photo-analyst for further examination.  PD
