Seen east looking towards paradise valley mall area. Unknown craft lights lighting up from back to front in order to the next. Looked like 6/7 windows that I could see, facing my direction. Flying low barely over tree line.

NARRATIVE

Another craft was hovering a few hundred feet standing still....just light blinking. 
I have video of the crafts.
Witness elects to remain anonymous, and provides no contact information.  Does not send the video footage.  We have no way to contact the witness, to request that he/she send the footage.  Possible hoax??  PD
