I was looking north towards the area of Eastern Avenue and Charlston Blvd. I saw a white ball of light moving slowly eastward followed by a Las Vegas Metro Police helicopter.

NARRATIVE

The reason it immediately caught my attention was that the the helicopter and white ball of light were way to close together.  It was obvious that the helicopter was also curious about the object. 
The helicopter followed it for about a minute and then slowly dimmed out.
