2 short cylinders with pulsing contrail. Taken from airplane flying at 10,000 ft msl.
Witness elects to remain totally anonymous, and provides no contact information.  However, he describes himself as a professional pilot, who works in a law enforcement capacity.  The witness has provided a photograph, which appears to us to indicate two contrails, side by side.  PD
