NARRATIVE

One stayed stationary for three hours, the one next to it was moving up and down and made a sharp right then shot faster than anything I have ever seen East and right now 4/7/18 10:25 pm there is one with bright red and blue light not moving.
Witness indicates that the date of the event is approximate.  PD
