Two bright round amber lights seen in Eastern sky in Vancouver, WA

On Feb. 13, 2019, at around 9:00 PM, at our home in West Vancouver, WA, my wife called me on her way back home to check out the two bright lights in the Eastern sky.  My daughter  and I went out side and saw the two bright round amber lights moving to the South at a slow speed.  They were brighter than stars or planets or airplane lights.  They were about the size of a street light as seen from a block away.  They  disappeared in a few minutes heading South East.  A guy in the neighborhood was waking his dogs and also stopped by to share what we were seeing.  He said that he had taken a video with his phone to verify what we saw.
We spoke with the source of this report, and we found him to be both quite eloquent, and seemingly quite credible.  We suspect that he is a very good, and reliable, witness.  PD
