NARRATIVE

Observed a changing light of red, green and white going on and off for a stationary position with erratic movements from time to time but stayed at a heading of due magnetic North all the time.  Was seen during the same time that the ISS was passing overhead and upon disappearance of ISS the light also disappeared.
