I was out walking my dog on 9/1/19 around 10 pm. Orange colored ball in the sky traveling west southwest. At first thought it was a plane but plane’s lights blink. This was not blinking. Then the object appeared to stop. I thought if it was a plane perhaps it was flying towards me, hence why it would appear to gave stopped.

Suddenly it drop in the sky then did a sharp left and stopped again.  Then dropped again and stopped.  Then shot left again.  After that it starting heading west and slowly rising at the same time.  Then I couldn’t see it any more.
