I remember looking at the clock and it being either 8 or 10 pm on Oct. 18 2019. I had been up for two days unable to sleep for some reason. I guess I must have laid down and went to sleep after seeing what time it was. I do not remember going to bed. When I woke again it almost 6 am on Oct. 19 2019. I found two tear drop scoop mark scars on my left leg. They were new. My eyes feel sunburnt. I'm physically ill. My body is so sore I can barley move. Have sharp pains in my left ear. And a tingling sensation in the back of my head.
