Unusually bright object in West sky.Stationary, it appeared to have some type of light occasionally coming from top. Also had red, blue and white lights around the bottom that would flash different colors. At first I thought it was an unusually bright Que-star. Then I realized it was way to close. From my balcony and the city lights no stars are usually visible. Air planes coming in for a landing at the airport looked tiny in comparison to it. I looked again 4/2/21 at the same time to make sure of what I thought I was watching and there was nothing in the sky
