Lights on object, Changed Colo

NARRATIVE

I've been watching and am still currently watching a small light about a mile away outside my window with colorful lights, strobing red lights around a green and white light in the center that did not strobe or blink. The lights change the interval of blinks as if scanning or communicating. I've been watching it for nearly an hour move back and forth, hovering in certain spots. Sometimes the lights will completely stop strobing and sometimes it's will strobe in in 3x3 grid shape. Also seen it light up in to a triangle.
There's no sound or structure to the object. Just lights. I'll keep you posted as I'm still watching it.
