Saw the object in the sky (light is what made it visible), but wasn’t moving at first looked like it was spinning then took off.

At first I thought what I was looking at was a plane but then I realized that it wasn’t moving, so I took out my phone to video. Once I started recording the object start to move (leave), and might I add the lights on it made it appear like it was spinning, because I was trying to zoom in on my phone you can’t see the motion very well, and it also looks like it’s farting around more than what I saw. the movement I saw was… it hovered for a bit then smoothly took off in the right direction and then I lost sight. That was it.
