NARRATIVE

In a matter of 6 seconds, this orb emerges and transforms into a cylinder. There is a puff of snow from the ground cover visible in the video. There have been other instances of the same going into the ground, but unfortunately, the video of re-entry is not available. The cylinder appears to be the size of a spray can and is very very bright.
