I saw a green flashing light heading east. It made an 90 degree turn to the north traveling. Then make.another 90° turn to.the west

I saw green flashing light. No red flahing lights with the green like a normal aircraft. It also was the only light on the craft. When it got overhead it appear to be almost like a rocket-shaped silhouette. It was traveling east made.a 90° turn to the north followed the top of the ridge behind my house for around .2 miles and disappeared. It was silent. It was also about 5 to 600 feet agl. It was definitely not a drone. I am a certified commercial drone pilot so i can easily rule that out.
