NARRATIVE

So, I’m laying on my back in the back yard doing a dumbbell workout, looking up towards the sky. All of a sudden I see this round, ball shaped thing that is white ish metallic. Hard to explain. At first I thought it was a stray balloon. But then I realized it was not a small object that was close but a large object that was far. And it moved at a very fast, steady pace. Not like a blur of speed but a steady, very fast pace. Probably crossed the sky in front of me and out of my view in line 10-15 seconds. It made zero sound.
The picture I have provided is NOT TAKEN BY ME. However, I found this picture online and it looks exactly like what I saw.
