It looked like a star, but the stars don't shine that hard

on the night of 7/13/22 to 7/14/22 at 2 o'clock when I was going to sleep I noticed through the window on the stairs that something was glittering in the sky, it did not look like a star because the stars shone all the way around, the sky was clear. I thought that I would take a picture with the phone and see if the phone catches something. I took 2 photos, one and a second later. On one of them you can even see the captured top in the afterglow and the neighbor's window to compare the quality of the photos with. Only today, when I sat down to the computer and checked the photos, it looks very strange after approximation and I have no idea what it is.
