Changing object or vehicle(very bright at times) moving slowly from high in the sky from one side to the other(from left to right) and then descends increasingly quick. I was trying to drive(in the rain) when I noticed this. I have partial video of what I saw. This started to the far left miles away from where the descent was that I send video of(the descent was nearby my home residence) you can also see the local hospital in the video(Advent Health Waterman) which is in Tavares Florida. My residence is 180 shorewood drive tavares florida 32778 but this whatever it is was more over Lake Eustis which is behind my neighborhood(if that is helpful for a reference).
