Either a cluster of drones flying in sync or....

While looking up at the interesting cloud formations I noticed a bunch of white spots moving together in the sky. At first I thought maybe a flock of seagulls but then remembered there's no seagulls in the area at this time. Then noticed they were moving together not in a v formation but more like how starlings move together in unison in more of a cloud. Then I saw them all apparently turning at another angle in unison and I could see what looked like metallic glints on them so they must have been metal. They were hard to see at times and then suddenly they were brighter. They must have been drones moving in sync or...
