Hovering object in the southeast sky about 30 degrees above the horizon

We saw a single object around 11:45 pm on Saturday, July 30, 2022 and it was in the same place or nearby until we went to bed at 1:30 am. It had 2 bright lights and several smaller colored lights that seem to change brightness on its diamond shape (4 sided) surface. It moved slightly, in a rather jerky way, but stayed in the same general area. It appeared as one blurry light when viewed through the binoculars or phone camera. A video we shot on the phone shows it rotating and looking somewhat like a fireball with spikes, but that was not the appearance at all to the naked eye, which showed the 2 main lights and some smaller lights, as described above.
This same object was visible again last night, Aug.2, 2022. It was in the same general direction, but lower in the sky. All other appearance details are the same as Saturday. The photo and video attached were taken last night.
