I looked up and noticed a cylinder/submarine with not lights surrounding it, it had a light glow around it that was noticeable to see.

NARRATIVE

I was outside looking up to the sky on my friends balcony and saw a slow moving submarine/cylinder shaped object floating slowly in the sky with a light haze around it enough to distinguish its shape and movement. We watched it move in the south easterly direction and then just disappear.
