NARRATIVE

I was a passenger in a car and we were stopped at a traffic light. I noticed what I thought at first was a blimp. Then the object tuned and I noticed it was doughnut or ring shaped. It was silver and the sun was reflecting off of it. It did slow maneuvers by turning and flipping. It never made in real fast movements and didn't seem to be moving in any particular pattern or path.
