I heard a humming noice (sounded like a microwave) the craft traveled directly over me about 100 feet or so.

It was broad day light, I heard a strange noice that sounded like a loud microwave. I looked up and seen a black metallic disk shaped craft traveling in a linear direction with red and green circular lights on the bottom of it the lights were all green on one side and all red on the other shaped like this > < it was About 100 feet directly over my head moving towards Lincoln park. I watched it travel about a half a mile or so away from me then it came to a stop (hovering in one place) as I watched it I felt the same feeling as if someone was looking at me from across a room (like it was watching me as I watched it) I remember hearing the craft as if it was still over me even when it was half a mile away this went on for about 20 seconds. Then it began to travel in a linear direction towards me in the same line of travel it took when moving away from me. It went directly over my head for the second time as it was heading away and I could no longer see it past the trees once it got further away. I don’t recall seeing any rivets, nuts , bolts , welds. It looked like one solid piece of material aside from the lights.
