Green and white light fluttering down to the ground

I saw an object fall from the sky at approximately a 60° angle-coming from East towards West. It had two lights, a big green one and a small yellow one. It was fluttering or wobbling a bit as it came towards the ground quickly.
Even though meteors do sometimes appear green and fall quickly to the ground at an angle, this object was very different from those. It did not get visibly dimmer or smaller as it approached the horizon. The green light was too large/ bright. It wobbled back and forth as it fell.
Also, it was extremely bright even though the sky at this point was slightly misty/foggy (not at all the clear night you would need for a bright meteor to be seen.)
It’s possible that this object might have been space junk or a very strange meteor, but it was truly unusual.
