NARRATIVE

I am a college graduate. Speak 3 languages. Raised 4 daughters overseas. My husband has his Masters degree, and is knowledgeable in identifying aircraft.
I was up early and noticed a bright light in the sky, heading south over the Strait of Juan de Fuca towards us. I assumed it was a large jet heading towards Seattle, but there were no blinking lights. I asked my husband what he thought it was and because it was low he thought maybe a military helicopter.
We continued to watch it slowly turn and then hover about 100 feet over our neighbor’s house. There was no sound, no blinking lights and was shaped like a cigar. It must have turned because then we saw on one side only, a string of green lights. And then it began to head north and disappeared like lightening.
