Captured video of ZIG ZAGGING blinking stars moving sporadically

MY VIDEOS WILL NOT UPLOAD. PLEASE CONTACT ME SO I CAN SEND On my way home I looked in the sky to see what first looked like a small, thin, eye shaped jet stream from a plane. As I got closer I noticed there was no plane and this was not a cloud as it was solid and well defined in shape. Was also completely still. I recorded to the best of my ability. You can see in the footage what looks like 2 identical white streaks in the sky. I don’t think they were from a plane for 2 reasons. One is they didn’t appear to be moving. (If anything the one on the right may have been a trail but the left one was NOT). The second reason is, You can perfectly see the object on the right of the highway, however when I pan to the left object, and move directly back to the right object, it seems to have disappeared. After looking closer and stopping the footage, I noticed it was there but much fainter and lower to the tree line, but still not moving. Before this it was the solid color the whole time. There were planes witnessed in the same area that didn’t leave trails . I later pulled over to observe multiple “blinking” starts dancing with each other and moving in quick zig-zag motions.
