NARRATIVE

Driving home and observed an elliptical light going around in a thick cloud (the rest of the sky was clear) repeatedly in the same spot. I watched for about 10-15 minutes and it kept doing the same thing. There was no sound to suggest it may have been a helicopter. In fact it was silent. Nobody else was around other than cars passing by.
I caught a video on my phone of the light but you have to turn up the brightness on the phone and turn it landscape to see the light.
The original video that I took was on my old mobile phone and the one uploaded is a copy I sent to my new phone. I have both copies available though.
