NARRATIVE

At least 20 red dots/circles, north to southwest, almost as if they were following the Hudson River. No real formation, not clustered together, not in a line. I could see them come up from the lowest point I could see, then they appeared to go upward and to the west, started to look white then faded. Have two videos. Checked starlink and it's not them.
