NARRATIVE

No sound, no con trail, moving very slow, craft came from Mexico border into Arizona over highly restricted Airspace where no aircraft have ever been seen flying to include military aircraft. no wind, sunny morning, observed this ssighting for about 3 minutes, had craft in sight until it was just gone, did not fade into the distance. The CBP Aerostat Blimp was in the air and the craft can be seen in the video behind and to the right of the blimp, taken with iphone camera, please excuse any language.
Pausing the video I have zoomed in on the image and it has no indications of modern aircraft.
This is my second sighting "report" of UFO's in the same vacinity.
