Bright green object flew over house

Report 2.
Roughly 15 minutes after my family and I noticed an extra light on the Big Dipper that was stationary & began moving only to cross paths with another light moving opposite directions a very bright green object flew right over my neighbors home while we were gazing at the Big Dipper.
The object had no visible trail, made no noise and appeared to generate its own boundary that looked sort of like a fat cigar silhouette but of glowing green. It passed so low, I’d estimate no more than 50 meters above the roof conservatively looking east towards Big Dipper the objects direction of travel was north to south. I’ve never seen anything quite like this before as the object seemed to just appear and disappear with absolutely no apparent explanation.
All of this paired with those white lights we seen about an hour ago now gives me the creeps in some way. Not out of fear but due to how unexplainable this all is.
