NARRATIVE

See video I filmed below. Multiple flashing, strobing lights all over the sky in the distance (a mile away?). Maybe drones or Helis? I don't think so but so odd looking. Lasted about 45 minutes. Filmed with a Luna Optics Night Vision Monocular G3 M50.
See my Twitter Vid: https://twitter.com/MJT35616359/status/1606376597040381952?t=OaQWafZYcnDC_R9J3c36wg&s=19
Here is another person's vid showing same thing but in a different part of country: https://twitter.com/multistagecorre/status/1604499346913112064?t=9ndYImQ-cUg3QrqMUaP7PQ&s=19
A longer vid I have, show helicopters (3) possibly chinooks hovering around the perimeter almost as if observing. I'm assuming a connection between the two events. Don't know for sure.
What are these? I contacted a drone show entertainment company that specialized in sending up multiple drones to do aerial aesthetic stuff. Not heard back yet.
