Husband saw what he thought was a hawk at first, thought then it was a helicopter size of “school bus” but then would rotate and change

My husband took photos from cell phone that he saw in sky from our home after dropping me off to work in early AM. I enlarged photos best I could, we are not technical whizzes. He said it was doing “all sorts” of flight path maneuvers, not just a straight path, turning as it flew. I find them very intriguing and showed my co-workers at local hospital pharmacy… we were all baffled and still, to this day. There seems to be glowing around the perimeters.
