Very bright low hovering flying object with multiple lights.

I was driving along Washington Street in St. Marys and I saw a large, low hovering object in the sky. It appeared to be cylinder shaped with “wings”. It had multiple lights on it in a row and the lights flashed on and off. It was in my sight for about a minute until I drove too far away.
There were others in my area that had reported seeing this as well in different parts of St. Mary’s.
