Bright light appearing in reappearing in erratic movements

A bright but a very distant light that continuously would blink and move in erratic motions. Left to right to up to down and then from Northwest to Southwest Etc. The light would reappear in a different space Within seconds. I was able to take photos and a brief video. This was not the satellite. There was no straight line of the movement of the light. Please see photos and video. This happened in southeast Massachusetts above Fall River Massachusetts. My name is ((name deleted)) and my phone number is 508-((telephone number deleted)). My 22-year-old son also witnessed it. He was actually the one who came into the house to get me to show me.
