Observed 2x stationary low UFO over a field/highway in front of my house. Lights emit from underneath and appear to be hovering. In a slight offset formation. One craft slightly offset to the left. Rear UFO lights appear to be brighter. Lights remained consistent. They appear to be in close proximity to each other. Time of sighing 1908. Objects appeared to gradually move West approximately 1930. Submission of report 1937.
