Saw two orange lights, one larger than the other, very close together, still, not moving. When I looked back at them, GONE!

My Mother and I went out front to have a cigarette at our home in Butler, Pennsylvania. On the front porch and walkway, my Mother told me to look. Up and to my left, probably less than a mile away from our location, we both saw two orange lights, one was larger than the other and they were completely still, and very close together.
I insisted they were just stars or something normal. I looked away and thought she was being hysterical over nothing. Then I look back, they both were completely gone without a trace.
Just there one second, then poof, gone! After these “stars” or objects disappeared into thin air, I knew we had just witnessed something paranormal. Just came here to report it. Thank you!
