NARRATIVE

Object had 2 lights visible with a faint dark triangular shape visible from the side. The left light was dimmer than the right and they both dimmed and brightened slowly. It was hovering with no movement or sound with no visible strobe lights flashing or anything like a known aircraft. From my viewpoint, the object was huge hovering over 2000 to 3000 feet. When seen from North Las Vegas, the Stratosphere tower was at the 12 O' clock and the object at the 2 or 3 O' clock position.
