above the clouds "four orbs" were moving in a circular motion, then they would come back to the middle to meet each other, then spread back out in a circular motion. at one point you could see a fifth smaller order jetting around as if it was chasing the other four orbs. They were visible to the naked eye. My daughter and I took video. I sent the video to my sister, and she said two weeks ago, the same phenomenon. was near her home and she set on her deck and observed it for two hours.
