12 round white lights in 3 rows of four. Evenly spaced. Like they were on a rack. When I saw them they stopped moving down the street

I stopped at my mail box at the end of my street at the cul de sac. When I got out of my car I saw what I think was a rack of lights moving slowly down my street. They were white, did not blink or change color. The lights were no higher than a tree and could b clearly seen. When the lights saw me looking at them, they stopped and did not move or disappear. After awhile I went to my mailbox and the lights were gone when I turned to get back into my car. I did not see them in the sky. I drove home, about 6 houses away.
I did not report this before because I thought the local police might think I was crazy. This is very rural GA.
