Woke up by dog acting nervous and wanted to go outside

I was awoken by Great Pyrenees dog that was sleeping by bed- he was panting. I got up and let both of the dogs outside. They immediately began barking and looking up in N.W. direction. I looked across field from house and saw something which appeared to have lights in a diamond shape . The object seemed to collapse and become round. I watched for a min and went to window on north side of house, opened it to take video of object.which now appeared round shape - mostly a red and then sometimes yellow in color. I filmed for a short time as object appeared to be moving. It was difficult to hold phone steady however: I’m quite certain it was moving when I observed it when not trying to take viideo. This area is rural- I could hear another dog barking in the distance. After filming object, I shut window . The object appeared smaller and then no longer visible. I did not get video of object before the shape changed.
