Bright red glow in the sky hovers, then performs an S shaped maneuver. Speeding up and slowing down. Video is only when it was stagnant

Massive bright red line shaped “thing” moves in an S shape. Like a boomerang. Varying speed. Video taken is when it was not moving. I stupidly didn’t keep recording because i was dumbfounded by what i saw. Saw it with 2 friends and a car stopped in the middle of the parking lot to look at it.
Forgive me for sounding crazy but it felt as if the object knew i was recording it because it immediately froze in place when i got my camera out. Then, it turned its red light off. You can see very briefly at the last second of the video that there is a star in the sky that was not there originally. But that could just be me. The red giant light in the sky is crazy though. Would love to hear your thoughts! Thanks! -Joshua Rao
P.S. If anyone is interested I would love to be involved in this kind of work.
