NARRATIVE

My sister in law called me around 22:30
As she was driving from the lancaster side of the river heading west on route 30 and said to me can you see the lights above the river
I live about 10 minutes from the on ramp to 30 and I could see the disk from my front window my house faces south east and I could make out the shape and colors (the lights were not flashing like aircraft would)
