Staring up I saw what I thought was stars or planets slowly start moving. They would stay stationary and slowly start moving around

Sitting in my back yard looking for shooting stars and what I thought were planets started to slowly move around. I thought I was losing my mind so I started to record it. The longer I watched the more I felt like I saw start to move. It freaked me out there seemed like there was so many. At 18:00 minutes into 1 or the videos I took a low flying one came over me. I reported seeing a metal ball in the sky not long ago, I think these are the same! They move almost like they are floating. They are a decent size. No sound. Observatory like behavior.
