NARRATIVE

It lasted almost 2 minutes. It was silent. It was moving very slowly. I immediately called channel 4 News in Washington DC they said they had another report of the same. I then contacted Loudoun county non-emergency and they told me to contact the FAA. I tried contacting the FAA to no avail.
